Trader status under the Digital Services Act
Applation OÜ is a trader within the meaning of Article 3(f) of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the Digital Services Act). We distribute applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play for purposes relating to our business.
In accordance with Articles 30 and 31 of that Regulation, the name, registered address, telephone number and email address shown on this page are provided to Apple and to Google and are displayed on our product pages in the European Union.
Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but we will always try to resolve a complaint with you directly — write to support@applation.org.
Purchases and refunds
Applications and in-app purchases are sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Apple and Google act as the merchant of record for those transactions, and refunds are handled under their terms. See our Terms of Service for details.
